The phone was bought by me from t-mobile but I finished paying the remaining balance so it becomes unlocked once you do that, the phone still works perfectly fine other than the creases in the middle of the phone screen do to the phone protector screen the phone comes with, the swipe ability is not affected by this and the screen could easily be replaced, comes with original charger and Otterbox case, Last pic is the remaining balance I paid recently.
