This is a new stainless steel show Les Vogt Performax German Silver Polo Mouth Star Shank Roller Bit  #1106-92-GS. The bit features 8 inch long center-mount loose cheeks enhanced with a golden star concho and a medium roller-port mouthpiece with roller bars.  This is a good all-around bit that does the trick for a lot of horses.  The mouthpiece is a modified frog so it works off of a little tongue pressure as well as on the bars of the mouth and that is going to be a new pressure point for a lot of horses.  This bit is a leverage position #2 and mouth power #2 bit and is National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) show legal.

Leverage position #2 bits give the classic-necked horse the performance advantages of perfect neck flexion and head position.  Mouth power #2 bits are considered a medium power mouthpiece for horses with an average mouth.
